EmmaLily Vineyard's small family run business specializes in making memorable Cabernet wines using traditional barrel aging methods such as oxygenation and malolactic fermentation while also embracing new technology through the use of stainless steel tanks during wine production. EmmaLily Vineyards produces small-batch, artisanal wines and offers their products in both large format bottles for sharing (like a bottle of champagne) as well as the traditional 750ml size. The wine itself can be ordered from the EmmaLily Vineyards website or at select retail stores.
